By submitting your work through the application form, you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility: This film festival is open to children within the specified age range.
Applications are accepted from Japan, the UK, and other countries both domestically and internationally.
Since the applicant is a minor, parental consent is required for application.

2 | Submission Categories This film festival accepts submissions in the following six categories:

06 | Future Environmental Design Category For themes, production methods, submission methods, etc. for each category, please refer to the application guidelines and designated worksheets posted on the official website.

3. About Submitted Works: Submitted works must be original works conceived and created by the applicant.
Parents, instructors, or other adults cannot create the artwork on behalf of the applicant.
Furthermore, entries that directly use or imitate existing characters, brands, logos, or works created by others are not eligible.
Please cherish the creative process of "thinking, drawing, and creating" that each applicant engages in.

4. Assistance from Parents/Guardians: The ideas, content, design, and expression of the submitted works must be the sole responsibility of the applicant.
However, for categories other than the scenario writing section, if a child is not yet able to write, assistance can be provided limited to written expression, such as having a parent or adult write down what the applicant has said.
Adults cannot create the artwork itself, come up with ideas, or design it on behalf of the children.

5 | Regarding handwritten entries for the Scenario Category: For the Scenario Category, handwritten entries by the applicant are required.
Please use the designated worksheet and fill it out in legible handwriting so that the contents can be checked during the review process.
The script text cannot be written by a parent or adult on behalf of the child.

6. Regarding the use of AI: This film festival will not use AI in the production of submitted works.
Applicants are required to use the designated worksheet to create an analog artwork by thinking, drawing, and making it themselves.
For works selected from the submitted entries, the organizers and management may use AI to develop them into images, videos, animations, etc., while respecting the ideas and expressions of the applicants.
The creation and development of AI is not intended to replace children's artwork, but rather to expand upon the world created by the children themselves.

7 | How to Apply and Submit Data Download the designated worksheet for each category from the official website and create your work.
Please submit your completed work via the application form on the official website in PDF or specified image data format.
Submitted data that is corrupted, extremely unclear, or whose content cannot be verified may be excluded from consideration.

8 | Copyright and Third-Party Rights: As a general rule, the copyright of submitted works belongs to the applicant.
Submitted works must not infringe on the copyrights, trademarks, portrait rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party.
Works that use existing characters, brands, logos, or other people's works without permission may be disqualified or have their awards revoked.

As a general rule, no individual usage fees will be charged for these uses.

10 | Judging and Awards: Submitted works will be judged based on the judging criteria set by this film festival.
